Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a clinical field or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) years of experience in managing large, complex corporate information systems.
• Exceptional communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workflow of staff.
• Lead development and implementation of IT strategic plans.
• Mentor and train IS staff and ensure quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate vendor communications and ensure projects meet timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
