Responsibilities

• Maintain and complete service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports) per standards.
• Conduct case reviews and treatment planning based on client progress.
• Collaborate with school officials, families, and external health agencies.
• Attend staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, conferences, and seminars; share program updates.
• Write correspondence for clients and families per standards.
