Sheppard Pratt is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker to provide comprehensive treatment for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in Baltimore City. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Baltimore, MD location.

Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, transporting clients to services, and managing a caseload of about 60–70 clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Maryland as one of the specified licenses.
• Driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions, both on-site and in-home or community settings.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation as part of case management.
• Transport and/or accompany clients to community resources and services.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 clients.
