Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with licensure or certification in area of specialization.
• Internship or practicum experience (3–6 months) in relevant clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy, human behavior and treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with community resources and SCS services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with varying client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services including intake and therapy (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Maintain and complete service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports) per standards.
• Conduct case reviews and develop treatment plans based on data and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and health agencies regarding client needs.
• Attend staff and treatment planning meetings and contribute to program development.
• Draft correspondence for clients and families (court reports, letters of recommendation) as required.
