Job summary

Seven Counties Services is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide full-time mental health services in the Louisville area. You will perform intakes, individual/group/family therapy, and crisis intervention, while maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes.

You will also conduct treatment planning, collaborate with schools and health partners, participate in meetings, and prepare court reports or letters as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services field with certification or licensure (e.g., LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT).
• Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience.
• Basic knowledge of psychotherapy, human behavior, and community resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a case load.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services, including intakes and group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Maintains and completes service documentation such as psychosocial assessments and case notes.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning based on results and progress.
• Collaborates with school officials, families, and health agencies regarding client needs.
• Attends staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and case conferences.
• Writes correspondence for clients and families per standards.
