Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Sugar Land, Texas to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy. A limited-time $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Compensation up to $105,400 with opportunities for bonuses, based on licensure and caseload.

Minimum of 25 sessions per week and W2 employment with strong benefits are included. Applicants must be fully licensed as an LCSW in Texas and reside in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in Texas.
• Clinicians must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Independent licensure is required to work with Thriveworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and face-to-face psychotherapy sessions.
• Complete client notes within 24 hours after sessions.
• Collaborate with team for quality client care and supervision as needed.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Texas

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation: Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
