Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Sugar Land, Texas. A limited time $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. We are a clinician-owned national private practice with a broad network and strong support structures.

Eligible candidates hold Texas licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or PhD/PsyD) and must reside in the practice state. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas clinician with an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or a licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to practice in Texas and maintain licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Sugar Land, TX.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Collaborate with a team and grow into leadership roles as appropriate.
• Support ongoing professional development and client care quality.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Sugar Land, Texas.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Texas:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation:

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

What We Need:

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• A true partnership

• Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support!)

• Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours

• Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care to name a few

• Individuals who enjoy being a part of team and working together to professionally develop
