Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in North Carolina.
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.
• Willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
• Ability to work both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation

Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
