You will provide intervention to help them understand and adhere to the health care team's recommendations to achieve better health and rehabilitation outcomes.

The role requires MSW and licensure as LBSW is no longer accepted for new hires; LCSW or LMSW is preferred. Mon-Fri day shift, full-time, on-site in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of social work principles and practices.
