Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develops/Manages Processes & Systems – Assists with contracts including negotiation and analytics for physician managed care contracts.
  • Upholds Standards – Coordinates enrollment of physicians in managed care plans and ensures contract compliance.
  • Resolves payor issues – Follows up on insurance payor payment issues and acts as liaison between physician offices and payors.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and documents PHO meetings; maintains tracking logs for accountability.
  • Maintains tracking logs and ensures timely reporting; oversees PHO phone line and handles urgent physician office issues.

In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role.
