Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Clinical Manager for Social Work to help lead social work services, care coordination, and psychosocial support across SCH sites. The role supports the Director with systems, processes, and outcomes of clinical care teams addressing clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs of patients and families.

The position requires travel to regional sites including South Clinic in Federal Way, North Clinic in Everett, and Bellevue Clinic about once a month; relocation

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) required.
• 5 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage social work services, care coordination, psychosocial support, and related patient/family support functions.
• Oversee systems, processes, and outcomes of clinical care teams and programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Travel to regional sites and provide on-call coverage as needed.
