Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Clinical Manager for Social Work to help lead social work services, care coordination, and psychosocial support across SCH sites. The role supports the Director with systems, processes, and outcomes of clinical care teams addressing clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs of patients and families.

The position requires travel to regional sites including South Clinic in Federal Way, North Clinic in Everett, and Bellevue Clinic about once a month; relocation

Qualifications

  • Master's in Social Work (MSW) required.
  • 5 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.

Job description

The Clinical Manager for Social Work assists the Director in providing leadership and management of clinical social work services, care coordination, psychosocial support, and other related patient/family support functions at SCH sites. The Clinical Manager assists the Director with responsibility for the systems, processes, and outcomes of clinical care teams and programs designed to address clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs of patients and families. The scope of responsibility includes goal setting, program planning, workflow processes, staff productivity, continuous process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include providing clinical care to patients. Where indicated, serves as the department representative to internal and external customers including patients and families, physicians, administration, and Focused Program Leadership.

This role will require travel to our regional sites to include our South Clinic in Federal Way, North Clinic in Everett, and Bellevue Clinic once a month.

Required Education And Experience
  • Master's in Social Work (MSW).
  • 5 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
Minimum Of 1 To 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience.
  • Ability to provide on-call coverage roughly 1 out of every 6 weeks.
Required Credentials
  • Current Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Preferred
  • Over 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • 5 years of hospital medical experience.
Compensation Range

$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
