Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a Clinical Subject Matter Expert to join our Physician Enterprise Services practice. You will work with healthcare providers and clinical leadership to drive productivity, optimize clinical workflows, and support margin improvement across client engagements.

This high-visibility, hands-on role is ideal for a clinician transitioning into leadership, with travel to client sites and a focus on transforming care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an RN, NP, or PA required.
• Minimum of 5 years direct patient care in ambulatory/ASC.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Director or higher in ambulatory/medical group/ASC.
• Proven track record driving provider productivity improvements.
• Ability to discuss margin improvement with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with physicians and clinical leadership to assess workflows and implement enhanced operational workflows.
• Lead onsite engagements across ambulatory, medical group, and ASC settings with actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate change management to sustain improvements.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify margin improvement opportunities with clear metrics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Labor Management, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to deliverables, presentations, and thought leadership.
