Sleep Better Austin is seeking a Clinical Sleep Assistant to travel between our north offices (Cedar Park, Georgetown) and other locations in Austin, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves educating patients, taking impressions, and assisting with oral appliance options.

No prior sleep medicine experience required; we provide comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience taking impressions (PVS or digital scanning) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with patient education and communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients on sleep apnea and its impact on overall health.
• Review and explain treatment options, including oral appliance therapy.
• Take accurate impressions (PVS and/or digital) using TRIOS 3Shape or iTero if available.
• Fit and adjust oral appliances.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options.
• Follow up with patients and referring physicians.
• Support clinical and operational workflow across locations.
