Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Four years of relevant nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in Delaware or compact state at time of application and during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time faculty in nursing skills instruction and student evaluation.
• Hours up to 29 per week with day and/or evening shifts (8am–8pm).
• Maintain six posted office hours per week for student access and support.
• Develop and improve curricula; instruct courses per syllabi; evaluate student learning; promote student success.
