A leading community college in New Jersey is seeking Nursing Clinical Adjuncts responsible for instructing and evaluating nursing students in clinical settings. Candidates must be Registered Nurses with a current NJ license, a minimum of a Master's degree, and substantial experience in medical surgical, maternal/child, or mental health. Qualifications

• Experience in nursing instruction and evaluation in a clinical setting.
• Standing for long periods and walking may be required.
• Teaching experience is a plus, BSN accepted if enrolled in Master's program.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for instruction and evaluation of nursing students.
• Conducting pre and post conferences and completing evaluations.
• Managing students safely within the clinical site.

Education
