Job summary

Charter College is seeking a full-time Clinical Site Recruiter to identify and sign clinical sites for the new Sonography and Respiratory Care Programs in Oxnard, CA. You will build relationships with providers, coordinate articulation agreements, and ensure timely clinical placements for students.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales or healthcare recruitment, strong organizational and communication skills, and are capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in: high level B2B customer service.
• Diagnostic medical imaging, or Respiratory care field required.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented and professional in all aspects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites to meet campus needs.
• Coordinate timely completion of agreements and training for clinical placement.
• Maintain clinical files for sites and students in Campus Nexus.
• Assist in administering contracts and insurance certificates.
• Develop leads through current sites, outside resources, and referrals.
• Travel to sites as required to maintain relationships and secure partnerships.
• Support Program Advisory Committee Meetings with leadership and faculty.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure quality clinical experiences.
