Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Clinical Site Manager to oversee site performance, ensure protocol, GCP and regulatory compliance, and coordinate study visits and data quality on site.

You will lead study staff, manage budgets and timelines, collaborate with investigators, and drive enrollment targets while maintaining patient safety and adherence to SOPs. Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• One or more years of management experience is highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall site management and leadership to drive performance and compliance.
• Coordinate visits, documentation and follow-up actions per ICH/FDA and GCP.
• Manage budgets, enrollment targets and study milestones with sponsors.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance of site personnel.
• Monitor data accuracy and trial systems for timely execution.
• Escalate risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
