Job summary

DM Clinical Research Group is seeking a Study Manager to ensure quality research at assigned investigative sites in accordance with sponsor protocol, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. You will drive enrollment targets, train site teams, and maintain ALCOA‑C standards across study documents.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical research, supervisory experience, and preferred ACRP certification. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; the role is based in the Philadelphia area

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Clinical Research.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Wide therapeutic range of clinical trials experience preferred.
• Regulatory research experience is a plus.
• Proficient English and Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality research at assigned sites per sponsor protocol, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Train site teams and support conduct of subject visits with proper documentation.
