Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promptly rooms patients and prepares chart in EMR.
• Records patient data, vital signs, and notes for providers.
• Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection when needed.
• Performs EKGs and outpatient screening tests as ordered.
• Assists with minor procedures and infection control.
• Coordinates care with specialists, labs, and home care services.
