Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor for Social Services & Palliative Care to oversee daily department operations and serve as a clinical resource and educator. You will plan and monitor performance improvements, guiding associates and collaborating with internal and external customers.

The role requires an active California Social Work License, MSW, and at least three years of acute hospital clinical social work experience, plus strong communication skills;

Competenze

• Current and active California Social Work License.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
• Minimum 3 years acute hospital clinical social work; management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the Social Services & Palliative Care department.
• Act as clinical resources and educator to department associates, internal and external customers.
• Plan, execute and monitor department performance improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
