Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee clinical services at the Comprehensive Services Center (CSC), supervise therapists, and ensure quality assessments, treatment planning, and records completion.

The role requires a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Florida licensure, and at least three years of experience with mental illness, including work with adults with severe mental illness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Three years’ experience working with individuals with mental illness and adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Florida License (LMHC, LCSW or LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Oversees the intake process to facilitate CSC services.
• Ensures symptom monitoring and management of individuals served by clinical staff.
• Completes mental health status exams and assists in emergencies when licensed.
