Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center seeks a Clinician to join the Comprehensive Services Center (CSC) in Florida. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to support clients' goals.

You will ensure timely documentation, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support risk assessment and crisis management. Full-time days, 8:00am–4:30pm; MHRC supports licensure hours and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related Human Services field required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with mental illness required.
• Florida Registered Intern credential required within 90 days; licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in MHRC EHR System within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy to support functional and social skills.
• Completes intake procedures to facilitate access to CSC and community services.
• Monitors symptoms and supports risk assessment and crisis management.
• Maintains accurate, timely clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, nurses, and supervisors as part of a team.
• Assists with service delivery at other sites as needed.
