The position is based on the UAMS campus in Arkansas. Responsibilities include managing staffing, policy implementation, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality patient care while collaborating with directors

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• 5 or more years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.

• Maintains awareness of unit status and potential problems by functioning as a working supervisor.
• Serves as a liaison with Director and Administration, exchanging information and identifying problems related to clinical activity.
• Participates on ad hoc committees to develop plans related to unit issues.
• Demonstrates analytical abilities to identify unit needs requiring intervention or revision.
• Coordinates daily unit activity to ensure smooth operations.
