Clinical Services Manager - Fargo, ND (Finance)


Position Overview:

As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be essential in promoting our patient-centric mission by fostering collaboration and simplifying diabetes management for patients. Your role involves clinical expertise in training healthcare providers, understanding their clinical goals, and tailoring approaches to meet patient needs. The work environment includes healthcare providers' offices, clinics, home, and travel.

Responsibilities:

Establish Clinical Partnerships
  • Develop relationships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams in various healthcare settings.
  • Share expertise on diabetes management, latest technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in local events to enhance credibility within the diabetes community.
Own Patient Training
  • Provide personalized training on Insulet products, ensuring patient confidence.
  • Assess needs and customize training accordingly.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to align training with treatment plans.
Oversee Clinical Education
  • Evaluate and oversee Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs).
  • Provide updates and support to CPTs.
  • Use data sources to inform education strategies.
  • Maintain training data systems like Salesforce.
  • Manage operational responsibilities within budget.
Sell Through Clinical Expertise
  • Promote insulin pump therapy benefits to providers and patients.
  • Collaborate with territory partners to meet sales goals.
  • Share patient success stories to demonstrate product impact.
  • Conduct field activities with a patient-centered approach, adhering to guidelines.

  • Experience in clinical education for providers and patients.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Residency within the assigned geographic area
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
  • Relevant credentials (e.g., CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, state licensure)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in clinical training or insulin pump management
  • Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
