Summary:

MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota. Our project managers manage large portfolios of complex buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong, lasting customer relations.

Job Specifics:
  1. Utilize networking and relationship-building skills to create and expand a client base.
  2. Create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships and agreements.
  4. Contribute and collaborate effectively with a passionate team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.
  • Experience in providing superior customer service.
  • Ability to work on a high-performing team.
  • Ability to price simple mechanical proposals using MMC's pricing system.
  • Motivated by delivering first-class customer service.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and multitasking.
  • Aptitude for learning new software as a super user.
  • Driven to help teammates succeed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as needed.
