Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR High school diploma with 3 years healthcare experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• State and Federal background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates delivery of patient care.
• Develops and supports strategies for quality patient care in a teaching environment.
• Ensures staff delivers care per policies and standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff to review practices and resolve issues.
• Supervises staff and conducts performance evaluations.
