Job summary

Qualifications

Licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing.
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Kroger policies and procedures.
Administer immunizations to customers per Kroger protocols.
Dispense medications following prescriptions, laws, and safety standards.
Review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions, ensuring patient safety.
Supervise and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and Interns; support district management.
Assist with inventory management, set-up of new stores/remodels, and special projects.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DEA, and all applicable regulations.
