Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Lexington, KY to provide exceptional patient-focused service in a safe, clean setting. You will dispense medications, verify prescriptions, and support immunizations while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

You will also mentor pharmacy technicians, coordinate with the Pharmacy Coordinator, and help manage inventory and promotions to support community health goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Strong planning, organizational and accuracy skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe environment and dispense medications per prescriptions.
• Administer immunizations following Kroger guidelines and procedures.
• Supervise and coach pharmacy technicians and interns; ensure accuracy of all prescriptions.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and HIPAA requirements.
• Support inventory management, recalls, and promotional activities.
