Qualifications

• Customer/patient care focus with mentoring/training mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs for a memorable experience.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting goals.
• Resolve issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians on diagnostics and clinical standards.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, and HIPAA-compliant records are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and store brand standards.
• Coach on proper contact lens insertion/removal and inventory management.
