Job summary

Elwyn in Cranston, RI seeks a Clinical Services Director to lead treatment services for individuals in PSH residential placement and related programs. You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with IDT members to ensure high-quality clinical care.

The role emphasizes staff training, program development, and coordination with supports for living programs. A Master’s in an administrative field with clinical experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in an Administrative Field with 3–5 years of clinical treatment services experience in a Mental Health facility.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating programs.
• Ability to develop and oversee treatment plans and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and oversee implementation of treatment plans for each person on the assigned caseload.
• Develop and oversee staff training and support systems to improve treatment services.
• Collaborate with CTT, Elwyn MH day programs and other IDT members to ensure high quality clinical treatment services.
• Directly supervise the PSH Program Coordinator in all aspects of clinical treatment services.
