North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations and drive evidence-based care across the continuum.

Candidates must have an MSW and independent licensure; you will oversee clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, shape program development, and mentor staff in CBT/DBT while collaborating with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• License-bearing Master’s or Doctorate degree in Behavioral or Mental Health.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with clinical population.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, CARF).
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clinical teams and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee budget, develop marketing and strategic plans, and make independent clinical decisions.
• Ensure accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate patient records.
