Job summary

This on-site position leads staff supervision, enrollment, billing, and coordination with case management to support residents’ recovery goals and housing stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or closely related field.
• At least two years of supervised behavioral health or substance use counseling.
• Licensure or eligibility for LPHA status preferred.
• At least one year of full-time clinical supervisory experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and training to Housing & Homeless staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee records management and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Oversee enrollments, authorizations, and billing for CSP-HI.
• Support Case Management with connections to providers and services.
• Attend team meetings, case reviews, and risk meetings.
