Hunter International, Inc. seeks a compassionate Clinical Services Associate (Medical Assistant/Patient Services) in Doylestown, PA. This role blends medical assisting with patient services, supporting both direct patient care and administrative tasks in a busy Colon & Rectal Surgery practice.

The ideal candidate has healthcare office experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule with a 40-hour workweek is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Patient Service Representative, or Medical Office Assistant preferred.
• Experience working in a physician office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare setting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Doylestown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for provider visits.
• Document patient information, vital signs, and medical history.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Answer patient questions and provide instructions.
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Upload patient records and documents into the EMR.
