Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional communication with staff and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm; flexible after training to meet workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for shipment following SOPs and client specs.
• Reconciliation and sample labeling
• Sample verification and paperwork preparation (SOP tracking, manifests, deviation reporting).
• Pack and ship biological samples domestically and internationally per regulations and IATA guidelines.
• Manage sample management across assigned studies and coordinate with team leads and sponsor lab contacts.
• Perform process audits.
