Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Verification of vendor credentialing requirements including possible COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on merits and proper clinical usage of company products and inform about latest product/therapy developments.
• Engage in clinical, procedural and technical discussions and link data outcomes to messaging.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and provide feasible solutions.
