Human Resources Manager | Bachelor's in HR Management

Role Overview

As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide essential clinical and technical support during medical procedures to help healthcare professionals effectively utilize TaeWoong Medical devices. This dynamic role involves collaborating with the sales team, building strong clinical relationships, and actively participating in sales and clinical initiatives.

You will be an essential bridge between our devices and the healthcare professionals who rely on them, ensuring optimal performance, education, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure successful product implementation and support in clinical environments.
  • Clinical Expertise: Deliver hands-on guidance to healthcare professionals during procedures, ensuring the proper use of TaeWoong devices.
  • Training & Education: Conduct in-services, workshops, and educational sessions on device handling, usage, and maintenance.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with key opinion leaders and decision-makers within healthcare institutions.
  • Client Support: Address technical inquiries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Event Participation: Represent TaeWoong at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams—marketing, customer service, and product development—to align on sales initiatives and respond to customer needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure TaeWoong’s competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%) and occasionally beyond as needed.
