LOCATION: Remote

General Summary

As Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for educating DMEs and referral sources on React Health Sleep and Respiratory products and services.

Position Details

• Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time

Qualifications

• Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
• At least 2 years of experience in respiratory or sleep background with knowledge in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) space.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across our sleep and respiratory product portfolio.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our products and solutions, becoming a trusted resource for customers.
• Understanding of the clinical pathway of a patient from hospital to homecare setting.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
• Credentialed Sleep Technologist

Preferred Experience

• Medical sales experience calling on physicians or clinicians.
• Sleep lab experience.

Physical Demands

• Normal visual acuity and hearing required.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, carrying, and extensive computer use.
• Use of hands and fingers for handling and manipulating objects.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office environment; some travel (up to 75%).
• Occasional lifting of heavy equipment.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of React Health Sleep and Respiratory products and services.
• Present clinical applications and benefits effectively in virtual or live settings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends.
• Manage customer contacts and interactions using internal tools like NetSuite.
• Collaborate with IT on software issues.
• Support product and software training for DME partners and clinicians.
• Build relationships and educate customers to promote React Health products.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to maintain professional competence.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies.
