Position: Brain Watch Clinical Sales Specialist

Location: Remote, USA

Summary

The Brain Watch Clinical Sales Specialist is a key role within Natus Neuro. The CSS is responsible for launching new customers and fostering growth within the existing hospital partner base. The role involves educating physicians and clinical staff to promote adoption and expansion of Brain Watch POC-EEG.

What You’ll Do
  1. Drive revenue growth for Brain Watch / NCC products.
  2. Expand usage within existing install base, including ICU, Critical Care, and Emergency departments.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to implement new customer solutions.
  4. Build clinical and administrative support within customer departments.
  5. Communicate product value to generate leads and customer engagement.
  6. Develop and maintain a sales funnel through presentations, education, and training.
  7. Support sales teams with product presentations and training in hospital settings.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Manage sales forecasts and provide feedback on business opportunities.
  10. Become a clinical expert on Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG and related protocols.
  11. Troubleshoot workflows and partner with clinicians on patient protocols.
  12. Lead clinical training sessions and attend industry events.
  13. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  14. Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure; CNRN or CCRN preferred.
  • 3-5 years clinical critical care or 5+ years sales experience in neurology, ICU, or ED with clinical background.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with physicians, nurses, IT, and executives.
  • Clinical experience in ICP Monitoring is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with support staff.
  • Extensive travel required (75%).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Additional Details
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
  • Compensation: $90,000/year + commission, plus benefits.
  • Travel: 75% (vehicle and air).
