Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager in Grand Rapids, MI. This role leads the U.S. clinical field sales team for the da Vinci Surgical System, drives installation, training, and utilization growth, and hires/develops Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Experience in managing and directing a medical device sales team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Training requirements include ISI field sales management training and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in remote field management and sales processes, plus platform and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to achieve and exceed goals set by senior management.
• Expand da Vinci Surgery usage in all existing accounts.
• Expand usage by training new surgeons across specialties for the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Manage training and education within the installed base.
• Guide new system installation processes.
• Prospect for new installations and system upgrades.
• Moderate to extensive travel.
• Provide the clinical sales team with new product information.
• Collaborate with training and marketing to implement new strategies.
