Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a U.S. da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to direct the clinical field sales team across their region and optimize da Vinci Surgical System usage.

Reporting to the U.S. Clinical Sales Director, you will install, train, and expand installations and growth within the installed base while hiring and developing U.S. Account Managers. Must live in or relocate to Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of operating room environment.
• Knowledge of capital equipment sales process.
• Experience leading a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Training: ISI field sales management course and interviewing skills.
• Remote field management and sales process implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to achieve goals set by senior management.
• Expand da Vinci usage in existing accounts.
• Expand usage by selling and training new surgeons across specialties.
• Manage training and education within the installed base.
• Guide new system installation processes.
• Prospect for new installations and upgrades in existing base.
• Travel extensively as required.
• Provide the team with new product info and updates.
• Collaborate with training/marketing to implement strategies per leadership.
