What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of processes for effective data analysis and reporting in clinical safety
- Serve as an advisor to senior management on clinical safety data best practices and industry trends
- Analyze clinical safety data to determine trends and priorities for interventions and process improvements
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to integrate data-driven insights into operational strategy
- Support clinical safety data acquisition and analysis during event investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, EMS, and/or air medical transport as a paramedic and/or registered nurse preferred
- Two or more years of experience in health sciences, information systems, statistical analysis, or mathematics required
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including data analysis and evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in computer programming/science, statistical analysis, or a related area preferred
- Ability to design and manipulate data in common analytical software platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with predictive and reactive clinical risk management
- Familiarity with statistical programming and analysis tools
- Previous experience in a clinical informatics role
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills for presenting data insights
