About The Role

We are hiring a Clinical Safety Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role supports the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of clinical safety data to identify trends, guide risk mitigation, and support performance improvement initiatives. As a key contributor to our data-driven strategy, the analyst will collaborate with leadership and clinical departments to ensure meaningful insights are integrated into operational decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, health sciences, or statistical analysis
  • 3+ years of healthcare, EMS, or air medical transport experience preferred (paramedic or RN background beneficial)
  • Proven ability in data extraction, statistical programming, and presenting findings
  • Familiarity with predictive and reactive risk analysis in clinical settings
  • Experience in analytical problem solving and working with large datasets
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare event reporting systems, KPIs, and benchmarking

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical safety data to identify trends, risk areas, and training needs
  • Develop and manage reporting processes across multiple systems and platforms
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, safety, and informatics teams to integrate insights
  • Advise leadership on industry trends, data strategies, and tool improvements
  • Design and evaluate the clinical safety data infrastructure for accuracy and efficiency
  • Support investigations with data acquisition, visualization, and interpretation
  • Develop predictive models to enhance clinical and operational performance
  • Ensure high-quality data integrity, governance, and cross-platform integration
  • Fulfill specialized study requests and support internal safety reporting
  • Coordinate with Safety Data Manager to align reporting strategies and tools

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $119,000 (DOE)
