Job summary

Springfield Clinic seeks a Provider Clinical Rotations & Recruitment Specialist to manage clinical rotations and build proactive provider pipelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred, with knowledge of the physician and provider community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements, onboarding, and background checks for students and APPs rotating through Springfield Clinic.
• Manage rotation logistics and specialty-specific placements (CRNA, APRN, PA, and MD students).
• Maintain rotation inbox and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Develop regular communication with academic programs and provide engagement with students.
• Support recruitment initiatives, events, sourcing, and relationship management with academic partners and preceptors.
• Track candidate interest and engagement and transition qualified leads to recruiter partners.
• Plan and execute Springfield Clinic–hosted recruitment events and manage logistics.
