Qualifications

• Associates nursing or diploma in nursing, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN license with BLS certification required; NRPN R NAF? and related neonatal life support certifications.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care using the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Serves as a preceptor/mentor to support ongoing professional development of staff and students.
• Complies with all policies and standards, contributes to shared governance and quality improvement.
