• Provide patient-centered care reflecting age, cultural, and population diversity.
• Partner with patients and families through bedside shifts, rounds, and teaching to meet goals.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality care across the care team.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance across the system.
