Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and possessing a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

• Coordinate the total management of the designated PC or Nursing households.
• Ensure health care services, supervising, QAPI opportunities and regulatory compliance.
• Balance efficient health care department operations with a home-like environment.
