Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife in Mars, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time roles across multiple shifts. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered to be paid during the first year, with rates starting at $33 per hour.

As part of the St. John Community, you will provide total resident/patient care on a designated unit, collaborate with other disciplines, and support a continuum of care including skilled nursing and home health services.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Temporary practice permit from the PA State Board of Nursing acceptable if licensed.
• Demonstrated management, communication, and observation skills.
• Interest in geriatrics.
• Working knowledge of computers; Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• The RN assumes responsibility for total resident/patient care on a designated unit for each shift, performing professional nursing duties and ensuring completion of nurse aide duties.
• Cooperates with all disciplines to assure high-quality resident/patient care.
