Marin General Hospital, doing business as MarinHealth Medical Center, is seeking a Clinical RN II for Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) on a part-time night schedule. The role requires California RN licensure and proven RN II experience to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and patient advocacy.

Qualifikationen

• California RN license required at hire.
• BLS from American Heart Association required at hire.
• IAMTAC required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS from American Heart Association required at hire.
• NRP required at hire.
• 6 months to 1 year RN II experience or unit-specific equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.

Aufgaben

• Transfer scientific nursing knowledge to practice using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Develop age-specific care plans with patient and team collaboration.
• Explain treatments to patient/family and teach care techniques.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
• Act as patient advocate and escalate care as necessary.
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising and delegating to the care team.
