MarinHealth is hiring a Clinical RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with physicians, and oversight of care delivery during 12-hour night shifts.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid California RN license, BLS, and IAMTAC within 30 days. 6 months to 1 year RN experience at MarinHealth or comparable unit experience is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license
• BLS certification required at hire
• IAMTAC (Integrative Agitation Management) required within 30 days of hire
• 6 months to 1 year experience as Clinical RN I at MarinHealth Medical Center or equivalent unit experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per the nursing process.
• Direct and delegate tasks to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians, team members, and departments to optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient advocacy and education to patients and families.
• Supervise and mentor other care team members as needed.
• Adhere to California Nursing Practice Act and MarinHealth CARES standards
